I mainly work in epistemology, philosophy of science, and philosophy of machine learning. I have additional interests in feminist philosophy and philosophy of religion.
I focus on social and political aspects of the concept of evidence, scientific practices, and expertise. For example, I develop a view in which what is evidence for what is constituted through norm-conforming social deliberation. In the philosophy of machine learning, I focus on developing concepts to better understand how the discipline works and expose some of its political aspects.
