Hyundeuk Cheon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy and the HPS Program at Seoul National University. He is also affiliated with the Cognitive Science Program and Artificial Intelligence Institute. His main research interest lies in the philosophy of science and technology and the philosophy of cognitive science. He has been working on the conceptual changes and variations in science, the epistemology of collaborative research, a cognitive reinterpretation of Kuhn’s philosophy of science, and the philosophical issues raised by artificial intelligence. Although many of his publications have been written in Korean, some of his articles appeared in Philosophy of Social Sciences, Journal for General Philosophy of Science, Theoria, and Oxford Handbook for the Philosophy of Science.
